Jak Savage, Vice-Chair of the Innovation Impact Board

  • Jak spoke on her life journey. 
  • Jak trained and worked in education and social care for the past 30 years. She is now working as a Social Care Consultant and Independent Employer of Personal Assistants on a personal budget. 
  • A reflective look through the use of animation at how impactful and transformational great social work has been in many aspects of her Social Care Journey where it has led to positive outcomes. 
  • A poignant look at Jaks 360 degree life circle from where she started to her future focus of remaining in Social Care to promote good Social Work practice and Co-production between those with lived experience and Children and Adults Services.
